BoosterX Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

“BoosterX” is developed and maintained by the operator of boosterx.org. Contact: privacy@boosterx.org.

2. Scope

This Policy covers personal data collected via:

the website boosterx.org; and
the Windows application BoosterX.exe.

3. What we collect

4. Why we use data

Contract — generate license, deliver updates, reply to tickets.
Legitimate interest — anti-fraud, service security.
Consent — crash reports & AI Assistant can be disabled.

5. Payment processing

Orders are handled by PayPal and Robokassa. We receive only the e-mail and payment confirmation; card or PayPal details remain with those processors.

6. Sharing

No data is sold. Shared only with:

PayPal / Robokassa — payment fulfilment;
Google SMTP — transactional e-mail;
OpenAI LLC — AI completions (logs ≤ 30 days, no model training);
DeepSeek Inc. — AI completions (policy);
Law-enforcement — only when legally required.

7. Your rights

Access, rectify, erase, port or object by e-mailing privacy@boosterx.org. We acknowledge within 7 days and comply within 30 days.

8. Security

All traffic secured via HTTPS/TLS 1.3, identifiers are hashed, and staff access is restricted.

9. Changes

Material changes are notified by e-mail 14 days in advance; minor edits are posted here.

10. Delete your data

Write to support@boosterx.org and we will erase your data unless retention is legally required.
