BoosterX Refund Policy

1. General
- You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase — even if the key has already been activated.
- After 14 days refunds are granted only when an activation key is technically defective and no working replacement is provided within 3 business days.
- Promotional / free keys and keys bought from unauthorised resellers are not refundable.
2. Eligibility & Conditions
- The request must come from the e-mail address used at checkout.
- Please include the order ID (or PayPal / Robokassa transaction number) and a short explanation (e.g. “no performance gain”, “key won’t activate”). This helps us improve and speeds up approval.
- We reserve the right to deny repeated refund requests from the same user if abuse is suspected.
3. How to request a refund
Send an e-mail to support@boosterx.org with the subject line “BoosterX Refund” and provide:
- Order ID or screenshot of the receipt
- E-mail used for the purchase
- Reason for the refund (one or two sentences)
4. Processing time
- We review all requests within 48 hours.
- Once approved, your activation key is disabled and the refund is initiated within 10 calendar days.
5. Method of refund
- Funds are returned via the same payment method used for the original purchase (PayPal or Robokassa card transaction).
- Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 1–5 business days to show the credit.
