BoosterX Refund Policy

Effective 12 Jun 2025 · replaces all previous versions


1. General

  • You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase — even if the key has already been activated.
  • After 14 days refunds are granted only when an activation key is technically defective and no working replacement is provided within 3 business days.
  • Promotional / free keys and keys bought from unauthorised resellers are not refundable.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

  1. The request must come from the e-mail address used at checkout.
  2. Please include the order ID (or PayPal / Robokassa transaction number) and a short explanation (e.g. “no performance gain”, “key won’t activate”). This helps us improve and speeds up approval.
  3. We reserve the right to deny repeated refund requests from the same user if abuse is suspected.

3. How to request a refund

Send an e-mail to support@boosterx.org with the subject line “BoosterX Refund” and provide:

  • Order ID or screenshot of the receipt
  • E-mail used for the purchase
  • Reason for the refund (one or two sentences)

4. Processing time

  • We review all requests within 48 hours.
  • Once approved, your activation key is disabled and the refund is initiated within 10 calendar days.

5. Method of refund

  • Funds are returned via the same payment method used for the original purchase (PayPal or Robokassa card transaction).
  • Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 1–5 business days to show the credit.
